At African and Minority Families Support Services (AFRIFASS CIC), we believe that real change begins within the community. That is why we use a volunteer-led approach to empower families, strengthen parenting, and safeguard children across the Midlands and beyond. The Family Champions initiative is designed to create a ripple effect of positive change through peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, and active citizenship. By equipping volunteers with the knowledge and skills to raise awareness of safeguarding, parenting expectations, and cultural challenges, we ensure that communities are empowered to support one another.
