Empowering Fathers, Raising Responsible Futures

Purpose & Rationale

Black and minority fathers face complex challenges in parenting today, from navigating systemic biases and cultural pressures to confronting societal narratives around masculinity. Many are also raising children in a social climate influenced by toxic male behaviours popularised in media and peer culture—including depictions like those in the Netflix series Adolescence, where young men struggle with emotional expression, aggression, and identity formation.
